Prior to starting his own consultancy, Laurence Evans was President of StrategyOne. StrategyOne, now renamed Edelman Intelligence is the market research firm of Edelman, the world’s largest public relations firm. He was senior counsel on Edelman’s Trust Barometer, a global study on trust across 33 countries.
His insights on corporate trust have been published in FT, Economist and AdAge. He was named one of 2016 Top Thought Leaders in Trust by Trust Around the World. He has been a guest speaker at OECD.
With Laurence as President, StrategyOne, led a fourfold growth in the firm from 2006 to 2011 to become a Honomichl Top 50 research company with $16 million in worldwide billings, 9 global offices and 80 employees.
Prior to joining StrategyOne, Laurence was SVP with polling firm Penn, Schoen & Berland Associates in New York.
Prior to joining PS-B in 2000, Laurence was an international General Manager for 19 years at Caltex Corporation, owned by Chevron. In his role as GM of Strategic Asset Management, he managed a $1.6 billion portfolio of marketing assets and a team of 90 across 9 countries, including SE Asia, NZ and Southern Africa.
Laurence is a Fellow of The RSA. He holds a Master of Business Administration from the London Business School and a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering (Hons) from the University of Canterbury in Christchurch, New Zealand.

David Lyndon works for Reputation Leaders to capture and synthesize actionable insights from multiple data sources to drive decision making for brands and organizations.
Based in Istanbul, he works internationally as Head of Operations.
David has provided research services and cutting edge analysis for some of the world’s largest brands to support their thought leadership and marketing needs. In every project he strives to find the best qualitative and quantitative methods, and apply the most rigorous analysis, before communicating the results for maximum impact through infographics, dashboards, interactive reporting alongside traditional presentations and written reports.

Katie is an experienced qualitative and quantitative researcher. Before joining Reputation Leaders, Katie worked as a Research Engagement Manager for Cancer Research UK where she was responsible for translating scientific research into an accessible engagement strategy for a public audience. More recently, she worked as a policy researcher for UNDP in Jordan in the Sub-Regional Response Facility (SRF) to the Syria Crisis.
With Reputation Leaders Katie has combined in-depth data analytics with media friendly writing in thought leadership work for brands such as Unisys and Pampers.
Outside of her work with Reputation Leaders, Katie volunteers as Editor-in-Chief for the Centre for Feminist Foreign Policy and works as a freelance editor, editing two Palgrave and Routledge published books.
Katie is currently finishing her doctorate (DPhil) at the University of Oxford in International Development. Katie also holds a Masters in Science (MSc) degree from the University of Oxford and a Bachelors degree (BA) from Royal Holloway University of London.
David Evans works for Reputation Leaders to produce issues and conversation analysis that guides thought leadership. Using robust media analysis, David works with clients to identify the key issues driving online conversations around brands.
Through cutting-edge secondary research and advanced data analysis, David helps clients identify opportunities to engage with stakeholders, generate topical thought leadership, and make relevant contributions to stakeholder conversations critical to their brand or corporate reputations.

Outside of his work with Reputation Leaders, David works in the arts as a dance artist creating mixed medium dance work for the gallery and stage.

Katarina is a Research Intern with Reputation Leaders. She has a background in behavioral research and is passionate about understanding why people do what they do. She is experienced in statistical modeling and predictive analytics and sees them as an essential part of data-driven business transformation.
Katarina holds a Masters in psychology and was awarded a Rector’s award for an individually conducted research study. She co-authored two books in the area of general and developmental psychology and presented her research work in multiple international conferences. Outside of her role at Reputation Leaders, she attends philosophy circle meetings, paints and writes fiction.
